Sabbatical houses

We launched the Hyperlocal Sabbatical with real-estate mogul Pedro Gancho, inspired by his own sabbatical times in Lisbon, Cape Town, and Doha.

The Dubai move

Dubai Tourism came on board to promote local experiences on culture, and the Hyperlocal trelocated to the UAE in 2022.

The first content for Hyperlocal Guide launched spots featuring star chefs: Massimo Bottura and Alain Ducasse.

Legendary trips

The first series of Hyperlocal Trips launched in Indonesia, Togo, and Guatemala—gaining more than 200 travellers in our first month.

World-class merch

We brought in a Swedish-based creative director Ashton Springer, to start designing high quality merch for our trips, which turned into a project of its own- the Hyperlocal Market.
